The Earth Data Analysis Center, University of New Mexico has been the New Mexico Region VI Cooperating Technical Partner since 2013.<\/p>\n<p>EDAC, in cooperation and partnership with the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and FEMA Region VI to identify and execute hazard related projects in New Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Earth Data Analysis Center<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/edac.unm.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EDAC<\/a>) was established at the University of New Mexico (UNM) in 1964 to transfer NASA space-based technology to the private and public sectors.
